Make a Claim for Financial Assistance

Advisors are responsible for financial assistance claims.  

Steps to make a claim: 

  1. Enter into an eligible consulting services contract—find a contract model.
  2. Send the contract to the Réseau where the client is.
  3. Wait for the confirmation of financial assistance.
  4. Provide the consulting services.
  5. Give an invoice to the client by deducting the financial assistance based on the confirmation received.
  6. Send the invoice to the Réseau.
  7. Receive payment for the financial assistance.
  8. Keep the documents in the client’s file for a subsequent compliance assessment.
