Fondé en 1988, le Réseau de lutte intégrée Orléans inc est un organisme à but non-lucratif. Ses principales activités incluent la recherche, le transfert technologique et le service-conseils à la ferme auprès d'entreprises tant horticoles que de grandes cultures pour: 1. La diminution des risques liés à l'utilisation des pesticides (ex.: dépistage des ennemis). 2. La conservation des ressources sol-eau (ex.: amélioration de la santé des sols). 3. Les améliorations des pratiques culturales (ex.: fertilisation intégrée). 4. Le développement et le transfert technologique en agriculture en partenariat avec des intervenants du milieu (ex.: MAPAQ, AAC, CIEL, IRDA). 5. Les risques en agriculture reliés aux changements climatiques (ex: GES, Bilan Carbone).
